An Introduction to Alicia

Alicia Deloughery is a Mortgage Professional working with Verico CML Canadian Mortgage Lender Inc. She holds her Mortgage Associates license and is registered with the Real Estate Council of Alberta, is a member of CAAMP, (Canadian Associate of Accredited Mortgage Professionals) and AMBA (Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association)with a financial services career spanning 22 years Alicia has in-depth experience in the residential mortgage industry.  This experience has come from various roles including employment with a Canadian financial institution and the mortgage brokerage industry.

Most recently Alicia was with Home Loans Canada as an Area Sales manager.  Alicia grew her regional team to be one of the largest teams across Canada managing over 30 Mortgage Specialists and funding the highest number of mortgages within HLC. Long considered to be the “Mortgage Expert”, she has a reputation for making things happen.

Alicia summarizes her beliefs about what it takes to succeed in the industry with a very simple and concise statement.  “I have always based my actions on do what’s best for my clients and the people I work with. Great results will follow.  It’s not about what I will get, but rather what I can give.
